Global immunization policy making processes

Article from Health Policy, Volume 96, Issue 2, July 2010, Pages 154-159. This paper reports the results of a global survey conducted on member states of WHO on the topic of national immunization policy development. It oulines actors involved in countries' policy development processes, sources of evidence consulted when making immunization policies, challenges that countries face when making immunization policy decisions as well as changes countries would like to make in their immunization policy development processes. This information will contribute to an increased understanding of the context in which national immunization policies are developed globally.
